The Consumer Center for Health Education and Advocacy (CCHEA)
helps low-income residents of San Diego county navigate through the maze of today's health care system to get the health care they need.  CCHEA is a part of the Health Consumer Alliance (HCA), a united effort of nine legal services agencies to address the health access problems of California consumers, particularly low-income consumers.  Health Consumer Centers now assist consumers in Alameda, El Dorado, Fresno, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Placer, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Mateo and Yolo counties.
