Mission Statement

Mosaic Connections, Inc. exists to provide information, resources, and consultation to all persons seeking to express their lives with dignity and freedom.

Primary Objectives

Provide social service information, including local resources, to all persons in Southern California's tri-counties areas.

Provide disability resource information, consultation and technical support to persons with developmental disabilities.

Provide Independent Planning resourcesto persons participating in projects that endorse Self Determination, Self Directed Services, Services or Supports Brokerage and Individualized Funding.

Provide resource information and assistance to persons seeking information about international humanitarian aid projects.
